Vehicle of Ignorance

Great instructive systems of the Dharma in competition with the Elder Doctrine
styled themselves as offering Salvation to the masses
(promoted as the Big Vehicle or Mahayana)
or through particular methodologies and symbolism
(Vajrayana, and many other, lesser varieties).

In contrast to this vast array of promise-makers and hope-inspirers,
was the vehicle of ignorance constructed.
