Self-Enlightenment?

| The desires themselves aren't really the problem as much as what is desired.

root of desire is what is desired? slay the World?

| The idea that mundane things like money, fame or sexual conquest can 
| satisfy is where the problem starts 

oh no! always half-empty

| because these fleeting impermenent things will never satisfy the basic 
| original desire which is to re-establish a connection with one's true 
| inner self. 

relief was always original desire 

| Don't try to extinguish the desire, simply turn it inward to 
| your inner self.
