Bobo and Dishes

A monk asked Bobo to teach him.
Bobo asked, "Have you eaten your meal?"
The monk replied, "Yes, I have."
"Then go wash your bowl," said Bobo.
The monk later returned, "I have washed my bowl."
"Were there any other dirty dishes?", asked Bobo.
The monk replied, "Yes, there were."
"Then go back and wash all of them."
At that moment, the monk was enlightened.
